Idiotica sincerely regrets any offence caused to companies with big legal departments. We are no strangers to the threat of legal action (the Evening Standard and Bernard Matthews have both given us the runs for our money) and we find it terrifying. Idiotica would like to stress that there is no need for any of that.

VOTED 3RD BEST WEBSITE BY GQ MAGAZINE in 2002 and still going on about it, idiotica.co.uk is a kind of humour site in decline. Think of The Onion, but with hardly any readers or money. Or a less funny or popular Viz.

We had a crack at being a popular, regularly-updated satire site and did pretty well at it, from about 1999-2002. Most of that content is now hived off here.

Since then idiotica.co.uk has been more of an esoteric, self-indulgent outpouring of inventive and humorous content from the 3 chaps who is us. It's a hobbying pet project thing really, with a small, reluctant but loyal following of friends, mums, and friends' mums. Hello you fans!
