SAUSAGE

A sausage is a shape, like a lozenge but hard thinner and long. The shape was traditionally made with pigs' innards (innit) but is now made by a tall man.

These shapes are filled with pig meat (or pork as it's more commonly known as) along with herbs, spices and other bits of Izzard.

Of course they can be made with any other types of meat, but the breakfast sausage should, in our opinion, always be from the ham family.

Sausages need to be fried hard but slow. Grilling a sausage is like baking a jelly, not the way to cook it at all.

Breakfast TV, widely thought to have started in the 80s, in actual though began in the 70s when Ronnie Barker ate some porridge live on air. He was in prison at the time for stealing Ronnie Corbett.
